10' x 40' Booth with 1 Corner $1,800.00 Booth price includes ELECTRICITY, WIFI, and 8' high PIPE & DRAPE. EXHIBITOR NEEDS TO PROVIDE:
1) 100 feet of heavy duty electric cord to connect to box with one or more three-way plugs.
2) Booth decorations: table(s) & covering(s) to floor, chair(s), wastebasket, etc.
3) Oklahoma Sales Tax, form given to you at show.
4) Copy of certificate of proof of General Liability/Product Liability Insurance with coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 with an aggregate of $2,000,000. The insurance shall name Tulsa County Public Facilities Authority, Tulsa County, Tulsa State Fair, Expo Square, EXPOSERVE Management Corporation, G & T International, Inc. and their agents, employees, and assigns as additional insured's. **Must cover March 2-5, 2022**
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. Cancellations received by February 1, 2022 will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after February 1, 2022 will not receive a refund. NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS. |
